ICE Bridge even allows security and emergency managers to communicate with their employees that don't use smart phones. Using ZeroHour Technologies' Smart Choice Analytics (SCA), the ICE Bridge system determines how to best communicate Flash Alerts and Travel Security Advisories to both non smartphone and smart phone users or with mobile app users who are not currently running the app. With the press of the ICE Bridge app's "Request Assistance" button, ICE Bridge automatically routes the GSM call to the appropriate Regional Operation or Call Center where Operators and Managers can view the user's location and provide the type of assistance needed.
